It runs on your site, not ours
Booked is a WordPress plugin. Your appointments, your customers and their records sit in your own database, on your own hosting. There is no shared system holding every business’s patients at once — which means a problem at another practice cannot become a problem at yours.
One licence, everything switched on
No per-seat pricing, no charge per booking, and no feature held back to sell you later. Card processing is 2.9% + 49p, and that only applies to money you actually take.
We build what people ask for
Health screening questions, consent that can be produced on request, follow-ups timed from a date somebody gave you — all of it exists because a business rang up and described a problem. The changelog is public, and it is honest about what changed.
