Let AI build your form

Repaint the form to match your website in a minute, or have a whole new one written for you.

Two of the slowest jobs in setting Booked up are making the form look like your website and making it look like yours. Both can be handed over. Under CustomisationBooking Form there is a panel called Let AI set your booking form up, with two doors.

What it changesColours and type only. The form stays the form.Everything. It writes a whole new form — layout, markup, styling.
How longAbout a minute.A minute or two.
How oftenAs many times as you like. One a month.

Match my site

Give it your website address. It loads the site, reads the colours and the fonts actually in use, and fills in the seven form colours from what it found. You see the result in the live preview before anything is saved.

It is only ever painting. The booking still runs on your services, your hours and your rules — see Make it match your brand for what each of the seven colours does and how to nudge one by hand afterwards.

Because it costs nothing but a minute, it is worth running again after a website redesign.

Design me a brand new one

This one writes a form from scratch. Give it your website address, or describe what you want in a sentence, or both:

A brief
Something calm and clinical. Big readable times, one thing
per screen, nothing that looks like a shop checkout. Our
brand is dark green and cream.

It knows your services, your branches and your opening hours, so it writes a form around what you actually sell rather than a generic template.

It is tested before you ever see it

A booking form that looks lovely and cannot take a booking is worse than no form at all. So before the result is shown to you, Booked loads it in a real browser and watches it:

Checking it works
Loading your form and watching what it does.
Loads your services
Loads real appointment times
Renders on the page
No failed requests or script errors
Four checks, run against your real data, before the form is offered to you

If it fails any of them, the form is thrown away and it writes another — up to three attempts. If all three fail you are told plainly, and your form for the month is not counted. You only spend the allowance on something that worked.

Keeping it

You get a preview and two buttons: Keep this form or Discard. Discarding costs you nothing but the time.

Keeping it saves the form and gives you a shortcode:

Shortcode
[get_booked_custom id="cf_7q2m4x8a"]

Paste that on any page. Your original booking form is untouched — the new one sits alongside it, so you can put the custom form on your landing page and keep the standard one everywhere else. Everything you have built lives under Your custom forms in the same panel.

One a month, so it is worth thinking about

The panel shows how many you have left and, once you have used it, the date it comes back. It is a calendar month, not a rolling thirty days.

The limit exists because a good form takes real work to produce — and because one considered brief beats six rushed ones. Write the brief as though you were briefing a designer: say what the business is, who books, what it should feel like, and what you do not want.

Need another one this month?

Ask us. We can add extra builds to your account without waiting for the month to turn over.

What it does not change

An AI-built form is a front end. Your prices, durations, opening hours, screening questions, routing questions, deposits and payment settings all still apply exactly as they do on the standard form — a generated form cannot quietly sell an appointment you have not set up.

Check it on a phone

The checks confirm the form works. They do not have taste. Before you send customers to it, open it on your own phone and book something — it is two minutes, and it is the only way to know the times are tappable and the text is readable at arm's length.
